    WOW!!!!
    For the past 6 months since finding BFFM’s website, I’ve been reading through your journal…you are a true inspiration to me. I am in complete awe over what you have achieved. I was so very impressed at how far you took your transformation last Christmas. I told myself…Heather, you too, will have those abs and you will be happy! Then I found what you did this last summer….and today I found this website and see how much farther you’ve taken it. My jaw dropped…and I told myself….Darn it Heather…don’t be satisfied…love where you are but strive for more…I WILL get those abs too! I love your dedication and it inspires me to be as dedicated to what I know I can achieve. I am doing the BFFM Holiday Challenge “Heather’s ROARING Holiday Challenge” and your pictures and stats are a huge inspiration for me. Just wanted to say all of that!

      Definitely always strive for more – design the body you want and then get to work on creating it 😀

    Hi Sarah, first of all I think you look absolutely stunning. I would kill to have a body like yours!!!! I read the article in the People magazine and immediately went onto the website and bought the Burn the Fat book to do the 49 day challenge, however I am a bit dissapointed that it does not have a specific menu or excercise routing for me to follow. I was wondering if you would have something drawn up already that I can follow, jsut asking. At the moment I look exactly like you did at 73kg and it its making me extremely depressed.
    Once again well done on your achievement, you inspire us all>
