HURRAH! A full week of training – yippeeeee!
I can’t even begin to tell you how good it feels to be able to fill in numbers and times on the training sheet for every single training day, I don’t like gaps in my training schedule…it looks naff!
The first day back at training was a strange one – I r e a l l y struggled! It was the longest training hour of my life and felt more like THREE, instead of one.
The week got progressively better and by Friday I was just beginning to get back into my stride again.
So bring on next week I say!
Week four…one more week after that and we’ll have hit the half way mark already. Well, they do say that time flies when you’re having fun 😀
