On the one hand I’m very excited that there’s only a week to go before the final HURRAH and 10 weeks of hard work is successfully concluded.
But on the other, I’ll be quite sad to say ‘goodbye’ to seeing Sam and Susan every week
On the third hand (what? Did you not know there was a third hand? 😉 ) I’m VERY excited about the exciting announcement we’ll be making soon about the NEXT SIX PACK FOR GIRLS starting in January 2011!
More on that later, but NOW for some results 😀

See you back here, in this bit, for the final results on Sunday! WAHHOOO!!!

29/11/2010 at 5:25 pmYour lower abs have really popped with this week’s pictures. You look incredible. How are you measuring your bodyfat %? Are you planning on maintaining bodyfat this low? I so want to see my six pack too, and was hesitant about going below 12% for maintanance because of what Tom V. says about hormonal issues staying the 12%. Have you noticed any problems so far? What are your thoughts about long-term?

29/11/2010 at 6:59 pmHey Heather 😀
I use Accufit FatTrack Gold calipers and measure at three points. I’ve had them for a while and after LOTS of practise am getting consistent results with them – I when I first got them, the readings I was getting were within quite a broad range; very frustrating.
Maintaining body fat this low…..well, that depends on two things really. 1) how I feel over a prolonged period of time and 2) how heartbroken I’d be not to see my abs any more….VERY!
Obviously common sense would prevail over six pack heartache, but I have to say that I’ve never felt better and haven’t encountered, or noticed, any changes in hormone issues thus far 😀
Long term, if I continue feeling the way I do now I don’t see any reason not to stay where I am.
“You have a six pack, right?” “Yes I do!” sounds much better than….
“You HAD a six pack, right?” “Yes, I did…”

I entered the BFFM Holiday Challenge with the hope of building some muscle on my scrawny body, but you’ve inspired me to go all the way – this girl wants a six pack. It’s been so fun following your journey. Thanks for the inspiration. You should be so proud of yourself – you deserve your trophy six pack!
