That’s all – see you tomorrow 🙂

10/11/2011 at 5:02 pmHi Sarah,
I just downloaded your ’10 things’ booklet and sat here reading it. By the time I finished, I was crying. Dramatic huh! But honestly, I felt like you were telling my story. At my heaviest I’ve been 13st 7lb at my lightest 9st 7lb and have fluctuated all my life. I’m currently at 10st 11lb or at least, that’s where I was on Friday 4th November. I’m due to weigh in tomorrow, so now I’m hoping its less. (Already started healthy eating, stopped drinking tea and coffee and considerably reduced my alcohol intake. 🙂 )
I was crying because now I actually feel like its possible to do something about getting myself and my weight under control. Your pictures and your words have made me feel that I really can achieve the healthy body that I want. So I’m making the commitment right now, to have the healthiest body I possibly can. I was going to send you this message in a private email, then I realised that I need to do it right, right from the start! So in the spirit of ‘must know’ number 8, this is my first public declaration of intent! This post seemed like the just the right place to begin my next chapter.
THANK-YOU. xxx

Kirsty – you CAN get everything under control and you CAN achieve anything you want to; hey, we survived senior school together, so I know you can absolutely do this 😀
BRAVO for putting your intention and commitment out there for all to see – that takes guts and courage! So that’s the ‘Thing you absolutely MUST know – No.8’ taken care of – which one are you going to tackle next?

10/11/2011 at 10:13 pmThanks guys! Sarah, tonight I’m writing down my reasons, making them visual! I’m taking my ‘before’ pix and my ‘before’ measurements, then I’m planning my food and exercise for the next seven days. I worked really hard at zumba tonight, felt really energised! I’m so ready for this. Thanks again. xxx
